Tra le più belle viste al mondo, pace dei sensi e silenzio assoluto: 210 gradini per Casa Punta di Diamante rendono possibile tutto questo! A pochi passi dal famosissimo Sentiero degli Dei e a 10 min dal centro di Praiano, Casa Punta di Diamante, è una casa moderna, indipendente, fresca e dal fascino mediterraneo. Le tre ampie camere da letto, soggiorno e cucina spaziosi, i tre bagni con doccia, rendono gli spazi confortevoli per la famiglia o per tre coppie. Recentemente e finemente ristrutturato, l'esterno è caratterizzato da un ampio giardino arredato di 200 metri quadri, dotato di cucina esterna, piscina e area solarium. A fare da cornice a viste incantevoli, le due terrazze esposte al sole fino al tramonto: la terrazza più alta, con vista panoramica su Capri e Positano, è il fiore all'occhiello della dimora! Il Wi-Fi, l'impianto di riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata sono disponibili in tutta la casa.
La struttura è organizzata su quattro livelli:
- Ampio giardino arredato di 200 mq con cucina esterna attrezzata, piscina e solarium.
- Terrazza esterna vista sul mare, tavolo per mangiare "al fresco" e divano per esterni - accessibile dalla zona pranzo;
- Terrazza solarium, con vista sul mare, accessibile dalla camera matrimoniale principale.
- Ampio balcone con vista aperta su Positano e Capri - accessibile dalle due camere da letto;
- Ampia zona pranzo con cucina a vista (completamente attrezzata) con tavolo per 6 persone e accesso alla terrazza antistante;
- Camera da letto matrimoniale, vista mare, con accesso al balconcino antistante e alla terrazza solarium - con bagno in camera
- Camera da letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, con bagno antistante
- Camera da letto matrimoniale, con accesso al balconcino antistante - con bagno in camera
Casa Punta di Diamante si trova nel punto più alto di Praiano, lato ovest, su uno dei sentieri che conducono al Sentiero degli Dei. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere circa 200 scali. Non è raccomandata a persone con problemi di deambulazione o a chi non ama le scale! Il servizio bagagli è offerto all'arrivo (un bagaglio a persona - è possibile avere il servizio per tutti i bagagli a pagamento) È possibile prenotare il servizio bagagli, a pagamento, alla partenza. E' possibile parcheggiare su strada, ma potrebbe non essere facile trovare parcheggio nel periodo estivo. Raccomandiamo di raggiungerci con autista privato.
Il centro del paese non è distante. A pochi min a piedi ci sono:
- Fermata dell’autobus locale
- Supermarket e macelleria
- Ristoranti e bar
- Inizio del sentiero degli Dei

If it were just the 206 stairs from the street to the villa it probably would have been ok, but the entire area is essentially uphill. To get to the street the villa is even on from the Main Street, it’s 397 steep stairs. So from the Main Street to this villa is 600+ stairs. Your other option is walk the uphill winding roads, but it takes awhile. It is not easy to get on-the-fly transportation in this city. I would suggest renting scooters/vespas as it makes things easier, but we had a group of 7 and some weren’t comfortable driving them on the tight streets so it was tough. - Another issue we had was ants. There were a fair amount in the downstairs bedroom, as well as a ton near the pool. The lounge chairs weren’t usable as ants would always get you. - we had the shower drain drain too slowly in the main bathroom and flooded the floor

For this reason we indicate them as the first detail in the descriptions of our accommodations. The house is also located in the middle of nature, so the house also has ant spray, but however if we had known, we would have handled this in another way. For the shower drain told us on the last day of stay and we immediately sent our maintainer to fix. I hope we will have a new occasion to host you in one of our accommodations! Hard to undersell the upper garden/patio/pool — amazing views of the coast from here, plenty of umbrellas and shade to shield you from the sun. The kitchen was well-stocked, albeit missing a better coffee-brewing option than a small French press. It’s a hike from the main road & amalfi coast bus line, but that’s what one should expect staying on amalfi coast. The stairs were well-maintained so simply a matter of physical condition — the bag porter service at check-in was complementary AND clutch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

My partner and I stayed in casa Punta di Diamante for 5 days. The casa was very clean upon arrival, even some fresh cold water in the fridge.

Big compliment for the decoration of the house, it made the villa really cozy and we felt at home right away. We were amazed by the view and switched terraces during the day. Breakfast in the garden with a full view at Positano, afternoons on the sunbeds at the pool with a stunning view over the ocean, and evenings at the kitchenbedroom balcony with a full view at Praiano. The bed was really comfortable, we liked the shutters making the bedroom dark so we could sleep in. We brought a lot of clothes and shoes with us and there was more than enough storage space and clothes hangers. If you know about the stairs, it isn’t a problem at all. My husband is a runner, and he loved the challenge to run through the village, all the stairs and path of the gods. I’m 6 months pregnant so once a day climbing the stairs was enough for me, but doable. The amazing view and the beautiful streets of Praiano makes up for it. Praiano has enough options for restaurants, would recommend KM0, La Moressa and Kasai for dinner/lunch and the beach for cocktails. The kitchen is well equipped if you would like to cook. We stayed here with our 14 month old son for 9 nights and loved it. The house is spacious and clean with three terraces to eat, drink, soak in the hot tubjust enjoy the views. The kitchen was also well stocked if you want to eat in occasionally. We avedi di più

The kitchen was also well stocked if you want to eat in occasionally. We also enjoyed being close to the Path of the Gods trail. It’s 210 stairs to the road and twice that to get to the main roadbeaches in Praiano so I would not suggest this for anyone with mobility issues but we did not mind.

The stairs are precisely as advertised, made easier by a few glasses of wine at dinner 🤣 You can walk everywhere from here, which we did, but we also took a taxi up from dinner a few times. If you want to limit steps maybe pick something on/close to Via Guglielmo Marconi.
